Experience analysing legislative and regulatory obligations for applicability, under U.S. and international laws and regulations, and a proven track record of unwavering adherence to governmental filing cadences are essential elements of this role. Candidates should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, deep understanding of contracts law, and a general working knowledge of corporate formalities such as board and shareholder resolutions, shareholder agreements, and share option awards.
